PE 11

1.) they put me in the course because it was the only one available, BUT I will try and make the best out of this course :)
2.) going on feild trips and the dance unit 
3.) I dance 6 days a week so I am fit and keep up physical activity for 12 hours a week 
4.) 9.3 I think 
5.) dancing 
6.) my knees sometimes get sore because I have a problem from dance 
7.) generally nothing will prevent me mentally from doing exercise unless I am extremely tried 
8.) my eating habits are okay, I do eat a lot of snacks and on the go food because of dance but I do try to eat healthy when I can 
9.) I want to be able to learn how to build up stamina and not get out of breathe so fast 
10.) I honesty only like dancing, I've never been a sports person personally 
11.) I want to just become more fit all together and become a healthier person on the outside and inside 
12.) my goals for myself are to improve in sports that I was not very goood at previous to PE
